What is with all the anti-ageing slogans

Birth events and birthdays are cherished all over the world as they should be. What is a bigger day than your arrival on this planet earth? I am a big enthusiast when it comes to celebrations be birthdays or small/big milestones in life. And why not? Life is as beautiful as you think it is. It is worth celebrating every day.
What I don’t understand are the anti-aging slogans everywhere. TV, social media, department stores, and even clinics have joined the propaganda. Each birthday is a reason for celebration, but aging is not? That does not sound right, I feel women should start revolting against this and voice their opinion that we believe in growth and aging and do not want to be stuck in their 20s, so the media needs to stop brainwashing people with this concept. It’s a beautiful gift to age and us all age differently and that is the beauty of it.
We should all make effort to keep our mind and body in their best form and shape, but it should not be just vanity. There is so much more in life than why label it to just exterior beauty and that too restricting beauty definition to how you look in your 20s, that is dangerous because that means most of your life you are either waiting to be in your 20s or regretting that 20s are over. Not at all a healthy mindset in my opinion. We need to accept our bodies as they are at every age.
Please don’t mistake me here because I am not judging anyone if anyone wants to go under the knife or get any other procedure done to change how he/she looks or fix something as deemed fit for you. My problem is why to normalize anti-aging to an extent where people start thinking there is no other option. Or might think one is not beautiful unless there is constant work being done to revert the signs of aging. We should celebrate each line and wrinkle or mark on our bodies as they all tell stories of a life well-lived.
